No. Samoku is a document preparation service, not a law firm. Check the facts and any references in your letter, and seek qualified advice for your situation when needed.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Your account is free and you pay once for each letter you prepare. Prices are shown before checkout.
How do I sign in?
Enter your email to receive a secure sign-in link. It expires in 15 minutes and works once. Existing password accounts can still use their password.
Can I edit my letter?
You can review and copy the letter text from your workspace, make changes in your preferred editor, or download the PDF. Always review the details before sending.
Does Samoku send the letter to the recipient?
No. We deliver the document to you. You decide how and when to send it to the recipient.
What if something goes wrong with an order?
Contact support@samoku.com with your order reference. Don’t include payment card details. We can help with delivery, billing, or a refund request.
Will my letter guarantee a result?
No. A clear letter helps communicate your request, but the response depends on the facts and recipient. Samoku does not promise savings or a successful appeal.
